Pointers and Guide for Helping with PCs


  • #1 priority is to refer the store associate to the refresh station.


  • All PC’s must be refreshed before re-leased. I have attached a common issue article as that maybe most of the calls.


  • Remember- they must refresh a PC and refresh will solve most problems.


  • Helpful hint- if the store has an acquisition unit they can enter “9999999999” as the item number and it will refresh with Windows 10. (" acquisition unit" is a product that is usually bought from a franchise store and the SKU is not recognized in the system) 


  • Other than that you may be assisting them to connect to Wi-Fi but there is not much else you can assist with.
